Crate Keys are in-game items that you can purchase. Once bought - and you receive a Crate Key, you can go over to spawn (/warp Spawn) and open the designated crate; which will contain an amount of loot depending on the tier crate key that you have purchased. Please note that once you have received the chat message:
"LOOTCRATE You have recieved ... key(s) for the Lootcrate ... Crate."
Use the following command: "/lootcrate claim" to receive the key!
